Connected Futures

  • by

We are so pleased to be working with Youth Futures Foundation and its flagship grants programme, Connected Futures

Created to join up support for young people across different agencies and services, the £16m fund will be delivered to seven localities in England with some of the highest NEET rates and deprivation indicators.

From Burnley to Brent, local partnerships will receive funding to establish new systems that provide young people who face more barriers to employment, with the connected and consistent support they need to get good jobs.

Our partnership is with D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership (D2N2LEP) and Nottinghamshire County Council.  It involves examining the processes and pathways available for young people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, to enter employment.
