Targeted support for small groups of Year 6 pupils ahead of their transition to secondary school. It aims to facilitate the development of confidence, leadership, and resilience.

Further support is provided at the start of Year 7 and students are also encouraged to be mentors for the next cohort of Year 6 pupils in their former school.
