Bespoke programme supporting a targeted group of young people to develop transferable skills and gain meaningful experience of workplace, through a combination of employer encounters and classroom interventions. Pupils are supported to develop their understanding and skills related to working life. It is a vibrant programme including visits, meeting new people, exploring employment opportunities and experience of work.
