The Supported Insight Scheme is designed for young people with special educational needs and disabilities.  With an employer focus throughout, a blend of in school delivery alongside onsite workplace experience, students develop employability skills, putting them into practice through real life, hands on tasks with the support of a Job Coach every step of the way.  This programme gives students the opportunity to understand the world of work and prepares them for possible transition into a Supported Internship.  Raising aspirations to achieve equitable employment in the future.
